Sequence Now Corp. provides enterprise identity-adjacent, verification and secure-action services from New York, United States.
Information we process
Depending on the customer deployment, we may process phone numbers, authentication context, message delivery status, timestamps, request identifiers, IP address or device information used for security, and support communications. Do not send passwords or one-time authentication codes to support.
WhatsApp and Meta processing
When WhatsApp MFA is configured, the information required to deliver an authentication message is transmitted through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta and the applicable WhatsApp business account may process the phone number, message content and delivery events under their own terms and policies.
How information is used
We use information to deliver authentication and authorization workflows, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, support customers, meet contractual duties and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with the customer's configured identity provider, Meta or WhatsApp, hosting and observability providers, and professional advisers when necessary to deliver or protect the service. Access is limited according to role and purpose.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the service, security, contractual obligations and applicable law. Safeguards include access controls, encryption in transit, credential protection, logging and operational review appropriate to the deployment.
