Authorized use
You may use the services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with documentation and applicable agreements. You may not interfere with security controls, probe systems without permission, transmit unlawful content or use the services to mislead recipients.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their identity-provider, Meta and WhatsApp accounts, sender registration, templates, end-user notices, consent, destination-country requirements, administrator access and configuration choices.
Credentials and security
You must protect credentials and API keys, use appropriate access controls and promptly notify SequenceNow of suspected unauthorized use. Authentication codes must not be shared with support personnel.
Third-party services
Identity, messaging, cloud and telecommunications services are operated by third parties. Their availability, policies, pricing and delivery behavior may affect the service. SequenceNow is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.
Fees and service levels
Fees, usage limits, support terms, service levels and renewal terms are defined in the applicable order form or signed agreement. Public website content does not create a service-level commitment.
Intellectual property and data
SequenceNow and its licensors retain rights in the platform, documentation, branding and related technology. Customer data remains governed by the applicable agreement and law.
Disclaimers and liability
Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, services are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Contract-specific warranty, indemnity and liability terms control where applicable.
